Here are the Birthday Cakes for Adam and I. They are both 12 inch round, double layer cakes. The one on the top is a white coconut cake with chocolate cream cheese frosting. Adam's cake, on the bottom, is a chocolate cake with buttercream frosting:
Here is the St. Patrick's Day Cake that I made. It was a chocolate mint cake, made from scratch, with buttercream frosting. It is topped with fondant:
